Que Wimberly is the CEO and founder of Que Alexander Brows, a luxury upscale waxing and beauty spa and The Missing Brick, a dope 21+ pizza joint , that specializes in collaborating with local successful Brick and Mortar restaurants showcasing their most sought out products.

Que’s entrepreneurial journey began after making the hard decision to resign from a 17 year pharmaceutical career. After graduating from the esthetic program at Honors Beauty College in January 2011, she has worked diligently to secure a loyal clientele base servicing Indys most influential and successful women. Services at the spa includes Brow Tinting, Permanent Makeup and Body Sculpting. Although Que is a force all by herself, she also rents her private studios out to Beauty Specialist and offer Certified Training to Permanent makeup Students.

After a 10 year successful run at the spa, Que decided to try something new again and opened up The Missing Brick in April 2019. She gifted the restaurant to her two grown sons, Keith 26 and Derrick 22 which they all run the day to day operations together. Since opening 2 years ago, the pizza joint has gained national and local recognition on all social media platforms including television, radio, magazines and the newspaper for her mission of collaborating with Indys local entrepreneurs.

Originally from Canada, Missy’s background is in banking and finance, and is a seasoned fleet consultant specializing in commercial truck and van leases and upfits for a plethora of companies across the US. Missy is adaptable to change and has excellent communication skills, stopping at nothing to fulfil a customer’s needs. Her ethical standards and business acumen are second to none in the industry, and she will go above and beyond to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

In addition to her banking experience, Missy was a former partner of Maybayne Properties, an investment firm specializing in home repairs and renovations where she cut her teeth on home renovations in the early 2000’s. From there, she became a NC Real Estate Advisor, Investment Property Broker, and Residential Real Estate Rehabilitation Specialist.

Missy’s creative vision and countless contacts in the rehab and home improvement industry is taking Two Chicks Investments to the next level. Her commitment to both personal and professional relationships rivals any, and once you meet her, you’ll quickly understand why most everyone she meets becomes a lifelong friend.

She also simultaneously owned and operated an AdvantaClean franchise, assisting countless homeowners in her local community.

From that passion and 20-year commitment to excellence, her exit from AdvantaClean presented her with the opportunity to begin her next great adventure as President and Co-Founder of Two Chicks Investments. Ashley Gurvitz, believes in the power of advocacy and its ability to affect long-lasting change. As a dedicated neighbor to her Indianapolis’ Eastside community, she believes in bringing together neighbors, community stakeholders, and other decision makers to strengthen and improve the quality of life. She also strives to be a good Christian, student, an engaged citizen and provide teachings to equip others to feel empowered. She enjoys mentoring youth throughout Indianapolis and assist other community initiatives. Before joining the Alliance for Northeast Unification team, Ashley served as the Community Development Manager for Eastern Star Church’s ROCK Initiative. The initiative’s efforts within its first two years provided approximately $5 Million dollars in community projects such as new and rehab single-family home construction; the building of a multi-use facility bringing in new community partnerships; the creation of a fresh food market aimed at tackling the systemic food desert effects; creation of the Arlington Woods Neighborhood Association; and many other high-level social impact, community development projects.

Prior to her role at Eastern Star Church, Ashley served as the Internship Director and a Senior Legislative Assistant for the Indiana House of Representatives. Outside of her professional role, Ashley is also involved with other community organizations such as the Emerging Leaders Project, Kennedy King Memorial Initiative, Northeast Community District Resource Council and the Damien Center. She is part of Indianapolis’ Citizens Police Complaint Board and is president of the Indianapolis chapter of the Democrat African American Caucus.

She is a graduate of IUPUI where obtained her Bachelors in Public Management through the School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is currently in the process of obtaining her Masters in Public Administration focused on policy analysis and urban affairs.

Shealso leads external engagement with corporations and foundations to encourage inclusive strategies on access to capital, supplier diversity and community investment. In acknowledgement of her thought leadership, she serves as a MOSAIC Fellow for the Progressive Policy Institute where she provides insight to media and policymakers on an array of issues. Additionally, she is a Google NEXTGEN Policy Leader, which is an initiative to convene the most influential stakeholders of this generation to help solve the challenges of diversity in technology.

Prior to her work at USBC, Talisha worked in the private sector where she led business development and marketing for industry leaders i.e. Cisco, Sprint and Comcast NBC Universal. She worked her way up the corporate ladder from an individual contributor to a regional executive, and was a sought after speaker within employee resource groups on diversity, equity and inclusion within corporate leadership. As a service to her community, Talisha serves on the Board of Directors for Family Equality – a national organization working to advance legal and lived equality for LGBTQ families. Finally, Talisha is a cum laude graduate of Florida A&M University where she studied Public Relations and Political Science on academic scholarship. She and her family reside in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC.
